60세 이상 되신 분으로 시민권자 혹은 영주권자로서 심신이 약간 불편하신분 (관절염, 심장병, 고혈압, 당뇨, 치매, 권태증, 우울증 외 기타) 또느 약을 드시고 계신분들은 본 센터로 전화 하시기 바랍니다. 결과는 인터뷰 후 30일 내로 알려드립니다.
US citizens or permanent residents over the age of 60 with physical
or emotional conditions such as heart conditions, hypertension,
arthritis, diabetes, dementia, helplessness or depression are eligible to apply.
